HOW TO APPLY FOR PABA MEMBERSHIP
A. Regular Individual Membership
1) Individual ABA practioners,
Medical Practioners, teachers, parents, etc.
Membershp Fee: Php 1,000.00
2) Students
Membership Fee: Php 500.00
STEP 1: Applicant must fill up the PABA Membership Form with ID photo.
STEP 2: Latest Resume
STEP 3: Pay membership fee at any branch of Bank of Commerce:

STEP 4: Applicant to submit accomplished Membership Form, resume together

B. Organization Membership
1) ABA Centers, Schools, etc.
Membership Fee: Php 2,500.00
STEP 1: Fill up the PABA Application Form
STEP 2: Requirements:
- Copy SEC Registration
- Copy of Articles of Incorporation
- Copy of By-laws
- Organizational Chart
- List of Officers
- Type of Services Offered
STEP 3: Pay Membership fee at any branch of Bank of Commerce:
